Materials: Funerary mask: papier-mâché, paint and gold leaf; Fire: clay, glue and sealant; Handmade vintage-style yachtsmen clothes: hand sewn vinyl, terrycloth, leather, canvas, buttons, knit sweater with reinforced rip; Burnt wood fragment from the Teignmouth Electron (a 40 trimaran involved in a failed attempted to circumnavigate the earth solo without stopping from 1968-1969. The piece was retrieved from the boat, which is currently beached on the shore of Cayman Brac in Caribbean on Dec 21, 2006. The wood was found already burnt); Sticks and rock: papier-mâché and paint; Geometric sculpture: painted mdf; Art Nuevo style gate: carved and painted mdf; and Stage: stained, urethaned and waxed plywood, painted spruce 1 by 2's.
